O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3169 of 2021 dated 04.08.2021 on the file of the learned Principal and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lower Court, had granted bail to the petitioner, imposing a condition directing the petitioner to sign before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a.m for 30 days until further orders. He further submits that the petitioner is regular coolie and is unable to appear before the police station daily at 10.00 a.m., else his livelihood is hampered. Hence, he sought for suitable modification of the above said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocated submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.3169 of 2021 dated 04.08.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain intact.
