This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 206 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 206 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

3. Mr.M.Murali Vinodh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the claimants have filed an appeal through Mr.K.Varadha Kamaraj, learned counsel appearing on their behalf, which is currently pending in CMA.No.3583 of 2025. He requested that both matters be heard together.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 23.06.2026 along with CMA.No.3583 of 2025.
