(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking for a direction, to direct 1st and 2nd respondents to provide new service connection on the basis of the petitioner application vide No.0230220270 which was sanctioned by the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

respondent vide Sanction No.626/J222/TF.IA./SNO.579/19.20 dated 29.02.2020 within a fixed time frame.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is to provide new service connection on the basis of her application vide No.0230220270 which was sanctioned by the 2nd respondent vide Sanction No.626/J222/TF.IA./ SNO.579/19.20 dated 29.02.2020. 3.When the matter is taken up today for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the order of this Court vide order dated 17.12.2020, new electricity service connection has been provided by the respondents to the petiitoner, however, he would further submit that the private respondents are objecting the petitioner from entering into her premises.

4.The main relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has already been granted by this Court vide order dated 17.12.2020 5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
