The petitioner seeks Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the notice dated 20.05.2014, issued in terms of Section 379A of Chennai City Municipal Corporation Act, calling upon the petitioner to stop interfering in respect of the premises at St. Antony's Hospital No.161, Madhavaram High Road, Madhavaram, Chennai-60, ('premises in question') on the ground that the no license has been obtained by the petitioner to run such Canteen, under the name and style of "St.Antony's Hospital Canteen."

4. Instructions are to the effect that as on date, there is no such Canteen running in the premises in question and the writ petition is thus infructuous.
