This application has been filed to permit the learned Official Assignee to sell the schedule mentioned property in public auction and divide the sale proceeds rateably amongst the general body of creditors.

2. Before passing any order, this Court directs the learned Official Assignee to inform the usual formality that is going to be be followed by him to effect the sale of the property taken over under the insolvency proceedings.
