This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to forthwith consider and pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 18.03.2019.

Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 18.03.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
