This petition has been filed to amend the Crime No.169 of 2023 instead of Crime No.182 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9284 vide order dated 04.05.2023 and Crl.M.P.No.8519 of 2023 pending on the file of this Court.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at the time of Anticipatory Bail application, the crime number was wrongly mentioned as Crime No.169 of 2023 instead of Crime No.182 of 2023 by inadvertence.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the amendment petition, this Court is inclined to order the amendment petition as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. The petitioner is granted two weeks time from today to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. 02.08.2023 dm Note: Issue order copy on 03.08.2023.
