This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.8298 of 2023 on 17.04.2023 to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on 1st & 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
