This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7 (b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12750 of 2023 in Crime No.174 of 2023 on 08.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
