Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2019 within a stipulated time to grant adequate police protection at the time of measuring the petitioner's agricultural land situated at Parathipuliyur Village, Mailam Firma, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District in Survey Numbers 136, 3D that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2019 within a stipulated time to grant adequate police protection at the time of measuring the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

agricultural land situated at Parathipuliyur Village, Mailam Firma, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District in Survey Numbers 136, 3D that may be fixed by this Court.

2. After filing by this petition, the respondent police have called for an enquiry of the parties and the parties are reported to have come to some arrangements.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court and the present writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
