Since the order of this Court dated 07.01.2020 passed in W.P.no.27469 of 2019 has not been complied with by the respondent, the present contempt petition 1/2

Cont.P.No.1197 of 2021 has filed before this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that as against the order of this Court, the respondent has preferred a writ appeal in W.A.No.2905 of 2021 before this Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court have modified the order on 06.12.2021.

2. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed accordingly. Consequently, connected sub application is closed.
