Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, in the form of direction directing the respondents 4 to 7 herein not to dump solid waste in open space, which the land which belongs to the National Highway in S.No.180 of Vengathur Village and consequently direct the 7th respondent to shift solid waste dumping yard to some other place in view of the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2025.
