When the matter came up for hearing on 26.04.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the petitioner had taken back the bundle in the year 2021 itself and a memo has been filed to that effect. Hence, the registry was directed to print the name of the parties and adjourned to 27.04.2022. On 27.04.2022, there was no representation made on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the case was posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, none appeared for the petitioner.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is of the year 2014. At the time of admission, notice was Ordered to the respondents on 18.12.2014 and service of notice to the respondents has not been completed by the petitioner till date.

3. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
