ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m. and shall appear before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.15349 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
