(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) There is no representation for the petitioner. So also, on the earlier two dates, i.e., on 23.11.2018 and 26.11.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The order of this Court dated 26.11.2018 shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the said date as well as on the last date, i.e., 23.11.2018. In view of the above facts, the matter was posted for dismissal today. As stated earlier, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
