Mr. E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Chennai Corporation made a submission based on oral instructions from the Authorities that a field inspection was conducted by the Authorities on 21.02.2024, in the presence of the writ petitioner and the 8th respondent. During an inspection, the Authorities have not identified any encroachments in the public road.
