This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15839 of 2025, dated 22.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mayiladuthurai daily at 10:30 a.m., from Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10:30 a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15839 of 2025, dated 22.05.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mayiladuthurai daily at 10:30 a.m., from Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10:30 a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders is relaxed.
