3. Mr.K.Sivakumar, learned counsel, takes notice for first respondent.
4. Notice to second respondent is dispensed with since the second respondent remained ex parte before the Tribunal.
5. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 157 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission in due course. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.K.Sivakumar, learned counsel for first respondent at the time of admission.
