ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed by this Court by its order dated 17.03.2025 in Crl.MP.No.4852 of 2025 in Crl.OP.no.31989 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.
