This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 264 days in representing the first appeal.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner/appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras", on or before 26.09.2023.

3. Post the matter on 03.10.2023 for reporting compliance.
