Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the issue of the dismissal order dated 14.06.2019 duly issued by the Registrar, Tamilnadu Homeopathy Medical Council, Chennai-600 106 in proceedings bearing No.O.O.No.10/TNHMC/2019 dated 14.06.2019, against the petitioner, by the Registrar, the 4th respondent herein, and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 4, to reinstate the petitioner into service with all backwages. This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the issue of the dismissal order dated 14.06.2019 duly issued by the Registrar, Tamilnadu Homeopathy Medical Council, Chennai-600 106 in proceedings bearing No.O.O.No.10/TNHMC/2019 dated 14.06.2019, against the petitioner, by the Registrar, the 4th respondent herein, and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 4, to reinstate the petitioner into service with all backwages.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he was working as Office Assistant under Homeopathy Medical Council for 3 years and thereafter he was terminated from service without any notice or opportunity of hearing him by violating the principles of natural justice. He further submitted that the petitioner now without any job from the date of his termination. Hence, the writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the 3/7
materials available on record.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels for both sides, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to send representation to the 4th respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the 4th respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of representation of the petitioner.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 23.01.2025 ssn Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order 4/7
