Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Direct the Respondents to permit the Petitoner to Participate in the Trasfer Counselling to be Scehduled on 9.7.2019 or such other dates as per the Government order in G.O. (1D) No 218/2019 School Education 5(1) Department dated 20.6.2019, without insisting on restriction in Clause 9(1) and (1v) of Government order G.O (ID) 218/2019 DATED 20.6.2019, (WMP.18503/2019) Pending disposal of the above wp.19128/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VASANTH P., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.KARTHIGEYAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The respondents are directed to permit the petitioner herein to participate in the counselling for transfer of teachers/Head Masters for the academic year 2019-20, proposed to be held on 09.07.2019.
