O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 09.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she has given a representation dated 09.01.2025 seeking to treat the period of out of employment from 12.12.2012 to 15.10.2022 as leave without backwages, but with continuity of service with notional benefits, and such representation is pending with the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5 In view of the above submission, without going into merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2025, and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
