COMMON ORDER W.P.No.19131 of 2022 has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to accept the petitioners request letter dated 10.07.2022 consequently directing them to issue fresh bill after deleting the item No.20 of their Bill No.H4022130062211 dated 07.07.2022.

W.P.no.212023 of 2022 has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to collect only the actual consumption charges for the petitioner's connection No.19094022130 consequently directing the official respondents to refund the excess amount received from this petitioner on behalf of the 3rd respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue was settled out of the Court between the parties. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication and the learned counsel prays to close the writ petitions.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
