This criminal original petition is filed to call for the entire records concerned in Cr.No.7/AC/10/CC-II, on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, V & AC, CC-II, Chennai and to quash the same.

2. On perusal of the records, it reveals that the petition is filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.7/AC/10/CC-II.

3. The Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that subsequently the investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed on 15.01.2016. Hence, the C.C.No.3 of 2012 was taken on file before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur, charges have also been framed and trial was also commenced. The prosecution has examined 9 witnesses and evidence was closed and Section 313 Cr.P.C proceedings also completed and further the matter is posted on 18.07.2017 for arguments. survives in this petition. Accordingly this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
