This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 18.05.2026 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 praying to grant pre-arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Elanchezhiyan representing Mr.J.Janarthanan, counsel on record for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. To that effect, Mr.J.Elanchezhiyan has made an endorsement in the case file.
