Aggrieved over the order dated 28.10.2010, made in I.A.No.541 of 2014 in O.S.No.290 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thirukkoilur, the petitioner, who is the defendant in the above referred suit, filed this Civil Revision Petition.

2. On 18.09.2019, when the petition was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the petition today, under the caption "For dismissal".

3. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent alone is present and made a submission that the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent are settled out of Court.

4. For the reasons stated above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
