3.Pursuant to my order dated 10.06.2025, the learned Subordinate Judge, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District has forwarded his report dated 18.06.2025, stating that the case was posted for trial on 01.07.2025 and seeks four (4) months time to dispose of the said O.S. No.61 of 2022. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. In view of the above, the learned Sub Judge, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District is directed to dispose of O.S. No.61 of 2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
