This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 433 days in representing the papers in S.A.SR.No.34231 of 2022.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the civil miscellaneous petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) by the petitioner/appellant to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras, within a period of one week from today(04.07.2023).
