Though the matter was listed yesterday, despite the petitioner being ready, 1/4

since there was no representation on the side of the respondent, the matter was adjourned with a direction to be listed today under the caption "for orders". Even today, there is no representation on the side of the respondent. Therefore, I have proceeded to hear the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner/wife has sought for transfer of the proceedings filed by the respondent/husband in HMOP No.572 of 2025 on the file of Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of Sub Court, Udumalpet in view of the distance that the petitioner will have to cover/travel to attend the proceedings before the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore. The petitioner is also obligated to take care of minor child, aged four years.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner warranting transfer of the proceedings as sought for by the petitioner/wife.

4. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.510 of 2025 is allowed and the proceedings in HMOP No.572 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and the same is transferred to Sub Court, Udumalpet. 2/4

5. The Additional Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to send the entire records relating to HMOP No.572 of 2025 to the file of sub Court, Udumalpet forthwith.
