ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the respondent in his File No.2024/0105/01/614477, dated 15.11.2024 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to transfer the patta in the petitioner's name insofar as it relates to land to an extent of 37 cents situated in S.No.83/2B, 4A1, Attur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner purchased land measuring an extent of 37 cents in S.No.83/2B, 4A1 situated at Attur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District vide registered Document No.15038 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023. The petitioner approached the respondent for patta name transfer in the petitioner's name and made an application online. However, the same was not considered by the respondent by assigning reason. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court. 2/4

4.On this being pointed out, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the respondent would reconsider the matter afresh and appropriate speaking orders would be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to reconsider the matter afresh and would pass a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case. No costs.
