The petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking for transfer the hearing of M.C.No.168 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Additional Family Judge, Coimbatore, to any competent Court in Chennai or in any other place nearby.

2.At the time of argument, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for an early disposal of M.C.No.168 of 2015 and his personal appearance may also be dispensed with.

3.In view of the submission so made, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of, directing the learned Additional Family Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of M.C.No.168 of 2015, on merits and as per law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Additional Family Judge, Coimbatore, is also directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner to dispense with the personal appearance, if any, in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
