ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to instruct their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

subordinates in the States to forbear from seizing any gold ornaments or valuables from any of our branches in the States without valid orders from the competent Courts to that effect. 2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondicherry) for the respondents 2 and 4 fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
