This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 278 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Despite the receipt of notice, on behalf of the first and second respondents, none represented.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent does not have serious objections in allowing the petition.

5. The first petitioner would aver that due to financial inability and health problem, the delay of 278 days occurred, which is not wanton.

6. The reasons mentioned in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and the delay of 278 days is condoned on condition to waive the interest for the delay period. 25.09.2025 kmm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
