the third respondent dated 08.08.2014 in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.88 of 2014 and to quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of sweeper in the third respondent Town Panchayat.

The writ petition is filed challenging the appointment of the fifth respondent as sweeper in the third respondent Town Panchayat. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submitted that the fifth respondent had already died on 21.08.2017 and he has also produced a copy of the death certificate. Therefore, the relief sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Writ Petition is 2/4

dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
