It is seen from records that the competent Civil Court in which the suit is pending in O.S.No.347 of 2017, has already granted an order of interim injunction in favour of the petitioner in IA.No.620 of 2017 and the same is still in force. Therefore, there is no requirement to pass one more order of interim injunction since it will amount to duplicating the same order.

2. Accordingly, the WMP. Is disposed of.
