Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned order issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.120/Aa1/2018 dated 18.01.2018 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.120/Aa1/2018 dated 04.10.2019 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to restore the selection grade scale of pay in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher awarded to the petitioner, with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

ORDER

Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents will issue an appropriate show cause notice to the petitioner to recover the amount ought to be paid by the petitioner.

2. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to issue appropriate show cause notice within a period of three months from today and thereafter pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law after taking note of the representation / reply if any of the petitioner.

3. Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
