Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the second respondent vide his letter No.C3/10863/2013 dated 25.11.2014 and to quash the same insofar as the demand of Security 1/5

Deposit for the building a sum of Rs.1,65,95,000/- to process the application for planning permission for the petitioner as a precondition and to quash the same and forbearing the second respondent from insisting on the payment of security deposit for putting up any construction which is not recognized in law.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the second respondent's letter No.C3/10863/2013 dated 25.11.2014 insofar as the demand of Security Deposit for the building a sum of Rs.1,65,95,000/- to process the application for planning permission for the petitioner as a precondition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/5

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
