This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the sale proclamation in C.E.P. No.229/2003-2004, dated 31.05.2010.

2. As there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 01.08.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 08.08.2017. Today also, when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent society would submit that the entire outstanding amount has been settled by the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and since there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, the Writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
