This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to transfer patta in the petitioner name in respect of lands in 1.Survey No.211/1A to an extent of 0.09.0 Hectares, 2.Survey No.211/1D to an extent of 0.29.5 Hectares, 3.Survey No.211/1H to an extent of 0.05.0 Hectares, 4.Survey No.212/3 to an extent of 0.48.5 Hectares, 5.Survey No.211/1E to an extent of 0.05.0 Hectares of Athikarapatti Village, Papireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry on 22.12.2020 at 03.00 pm. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
