O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.12.2014, 28.01.2016, 15.02.2017 and on 09.05.2019 and permit the petitioner to work as Assistant Secretary in the respondent Society with all benefits.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been appointed as Clerk in the respondent Society on 29.05.1992 on daily wage basis. On 01.07.2000, the petitioner claims to have been promoted as Assistant Secretary and was working continuously thereafter. From January 2009, he was not allotted any work and was prevented from attending office. The petitioner claims to have submitted representations on various dates in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2019, to permit him to work in the respondent Society. Since his representations have not evoked any response, he is before this Court.

3. From the above narrative, it could be seen that the petitioner is seeking to dispose of his representations in regard to the issue relating to the year 2009, when the petitioner admittedly was stopped by the respondent Society for some unknown reasons, nothing has been disclosed in the affidavit under what circumstances, the petitioner's services were discontinued and what the petitioner has been doing for all these years from 2009 onwards.

4. The entire affidavit is bereft of necessary and essential details and merely by submitting representations periodically, will not keep the issue alive for consideration either by this Court or the authority concerned. On the fact of it, the writ petition is speculative in nature and this Court cannot be a party to the revival of such stale claim of the petitioner.

5. In view of the above circumstances, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
