Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent No.3 to take all steps to implement the G.O.Ms No.46 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department (P.M.(2)) Date 23.09.2016 issued by the 2nd Respondent and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.4 to 31 to comply the proceedings of 3rd respondent in Memorandum no. 10443/ Nir.1(2)/ 2014 dated 20.03.2017 with regard to recruitment of SC/ST shortfall vacancies of 166 post in the 3rd respondent department within fixed time as per the representation dated 09.10.2020 made by the petitioner Society.
