This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to issue chitta and patta to the petitioner in respect of land comprised in Survey No.232/1 measuring an extent of 0.90 Acres of Nattarmangalam Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.07.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for a chitta and patta with respect to the subject property.

Heard Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate for respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition and also without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.07.2020 and conduct an enquiry by giving an opportunity to the petitioner and any other person, who is interested in the property. The third respondent shall pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with all the relevant documents and a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
