ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for the Combined Civil Services -I Examination (Group -I Services) coming under the purview of the Advertisement No.566 Notification No.01/2020 dated 20.01.2020 under the persons studied in Tamil Medium quota as per Act 40 of 2010 as amended by Act 35 of 2020 on production of the certificate that the petitioner studied standard 6 to Degree level in Tamil Medium of Instruction. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has been considered by the respondents.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
