The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to amend the Jail address in the order of the Court dated 24.06.2024 passed in Crl.A.No.716 of 2024.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the affidavit the petitioner/appellant has inadvertently mentioned that petitioner is confined in Female Central Prison at Coimbatore instead of Female Central Prison at Tiruppur. Therefore, he prays that this Court may amend the jail address as Female Central Prison at Tiruppur in the above said order.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has no serious objection for amending the said order.

4. In view of the above, Registry is directed to amend the Jail address as Female Central Prison at Tiruppur and carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 24.06.2024 made in Crl.A.No.716 of 2024 and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

5. All the other observations and conditions made in the earlier order dated 24.06.2024 shall remain intact, except for the above said correction.
