ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025 The case of the petitioner is that, since he has been suffering from visual impairment, he has given representation to the second respondent dated 15.04.2025, seeking assignment of suitable alternate work and the said representation is yet to be considered. Hence the writ petition. 3.

Learned Government Advocate as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time. 4.

In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025, and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
