This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 06.09.2018 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.21614 of 2018 has not been complied with.

2. Today, Mr.S.Vadivel Murugan, Inspector of Police, Chozhavaram Police Station, Chozhavaram, Kancheepuram District, is present before this Court.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.91 of 2018 was completed and the case has been closed as "mistake of fact" on 20.02.2019. The RCS notice has been sent to the petitioner/ de facto complainant by post, pursuant to which, a closure report will be filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri.

4. Today, the learned Government Advocate submitted a copy of the closure report dated 20.02.2019 before this Court and the same is taken as part of the records. A copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
