kj C O M M O N O R D E R C.M.P.No.18339 of 2024 is filed to condone the delay of 304 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner Panjalai; C.M.P.No.18342 of 2024 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st petitioner in the C.R.P. and C.M.P.No.18344 of 2024 is filed to bring on record the petitioners 5 to 7 being the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner in the C.R.P.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavits filed in support of these C.M.Ps., all the three CMPs. are ordered.
