Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to extend the benefit of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 14.08.2020 passed in W.P.No.7678 of 2020, batch to the petitioner trust and consequently direct the respondents to issue fresh electricity bills for the months of May, 2021 and June, 2021 falling in the lockdown period and to adjust the excessively collected demand charges in the future bills in respect of the high tension service connection No.HT019094022347 of the petitioner trust.
