C.R.P.No. 4922 of 2014 C.R.P(PD).No.4922 of 2014 and M.P.No.1 of 2014 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee, in D.No.313/2021 dated 17.02.2021.

2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in C.R.P(PD)No.4922 of 2014, this Court by an order dated 12.09.2019, directed the trial Court to dispose the suit within a period of six months. However, the learned Additional District Munsif, Poonamallee, has sent communication dated 17.02.2021 in D.No.313/2021, by stating that due to Covid-19, she unable to dispose the case and sought further period of four months time to complete the trial in the said case. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant four months time to complete the proceedings in O.S.No.422 of 2006 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 24.03.2021 rts http://www.judis.nic.in
